"Not Logged in! Cookies enabled?" (yes...)

Hi there,
I have set up 2.1 here:

All seemed to work well, I logged in as admin w/o password, created one, logged in again, all went fine.
Now, I cannot change _anything_ w/o getting the above error. I have then experimented with lots of different file permissions.
At the moment, they are as follows:
ca_index.dat=777
clanadmin.cgi=755
"itsmehere" mentioned a "settings.cgi" in a previous post, but I don't have that one.
Any idea? Someone?

I forgot to mention that I also tried deleting all cookies, no success either.
The only thing I could ever change/create was the admin password.

Yes, it appears there is a problem if the password is entered in caps. I got this error when I first started but when I changed my password to all lowercase it worked. I also tried updating my browser to accept all cookies before that but it did nothing.
The probable seems to be with what you put in the name, like when I tryed the name =ST2=ReCoN it would say not loged in. But if I took the "=" out of hte name it works fine. So the cookies dont seme to work with come of the keys... Just try changing the name to something simple
