Nobody/Anonymous - 2003-03-22

A clan member is gettings intermittent errors that dont make any sense.  We installed 2.3.1 fresh.  He logged in but can't go to any tab other than the default Personal if he clicks on news or admin or matches or whatever it gives error saying he doesn't have access.  Yet I can log in and move around just fine.  We both have winXP and IE 6. I uninstalled it and changed the directory a few times and all of a sudden with a different installation he could get in and start changing stuff.  Now this morning he is back to the same problem no other section other than the Personal says he doesn't have access.  Is this a cookie problem.  He tried the lowest security setting etc.  This is bizarre.
