#9 is not showing reserved slots

For some reason clanmod version 1.81.12 (config
1.81.11) stoped showing in HLSW for instance how
much reserved slots are on this server.

cm_reserved 1
cm_freeslots 2

should show something, but it does not... I've tested
adminmod and they still have that support.

I also saw the patch supplied in the support forum, but
that one didn't work for me (with the versions named
above).
