Never used it before...I don't know how to use it. Does
it have a ".exe" or something cuz I did a search and it
didn't find it and I can't get it to work. If it doesn't need
a ".exe" then how do you get it to work cuz it won't for
me.

In the console you write "cm_admin (Your ip/name) *
QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZXCVBNMklors" Remember the little
star "*" after your ip or name. When you pressed enter, you
write "clanmodmenu" in the console.
