#17 changelevel bug

if you have more than eight maps in ur cm_maps.cfg
which
results in another page in the in-game menu the maps are shifted by
one.

for example on page 2 you have:
1: 2fort
2:
well
3: rock2
pressing 1 will change to well, while pressing 3
wont work at all.

the dedicated server console says
something like:
changelevel "(" map not
found

this bug occurs on all mods.
