#5 Improvements to shell context menu

This patch does 2 things to the shell context menu entry:

1. Sets "v" as the underlined shortcut for the menu item. Now you can quickly scan a file with (context menu => v). I chose "v" as it is easy to remember (v for Virus scan).

2. Displays an icon next to the menu item. I copied the icon from CLAMWIN_INSTALL_DIR\bin\img\FrameIcon.ico to the same directory as the source files. The icon is referenced in the RC file, so it's easy to change. I picked the size 16x16 because it worked for me. The icon is slightly cut off by the text, but this can be remedied by creating a slightly smaller icon and changing CShellExt::m_cxyContextMenuIconSize.

The second change also satisfies the feature request at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1669854&group_id=105508&atid=641465.

Patch made against rev 2207 of trunk/clamwin/cpp.
