Thanks, that was good advice. The clamwin FAQ lead me to 
http://www.virustotal.com/ where I submitted MUICRT.EXE to testing from a 
large number of av programs. The only positive report came from clamwin, so 
I then submitted a "false positive" report to 
http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi .
