Hi Tommy,

Haven't tried this myself, but it should be possible.
Construct a command line to do the scan with clamscan.exe (not with 
clamwin.exe, because that would need user interaction) and put it into a 
batch file (e.g. "myScan.bat").  You can then use the Windows Task 
Scheduler to execute this batch file at night.
To construct the command line, type "clamscan --help" to get a list of 
options available.
Some options are obligatory, i believe they are --tempdir=DIRECTORY, 
--database=FILE, --log=FILE.
You can check the database location in the clamwin preferences.
