[Clamwin-users] set scan priority

Hi, is it possible to set Scanner priority by command line?
I tried with c:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe /c start /belownormal C:\Programmi\ClamWin\bin\clamscan.exe .... c:\myfolder\
 
but it don't works if i schedule it:
ERROR: Can't access file c:\myfolder\
 
Is it a permissions problem?
