[Clamwin-users] two daemons

I'm not a PC guru and since I installed the new ClamWin 0.90, I have
two ClamWin daemons running.

How do I get rid of one (or both) of them?

Also, I tried to register for the forums on the website but I have not
received the confirmation e-mail that was supposed to be sent. That
system does not seem to want to let me request that a second
confirmation be sent. Any help there is also appreciated.

Nevermind, I found the uninstaller with a file search for clamwin.
Turns out my LAN administrator installed the other copy.

Still don't know what's up with the forum confirmation....

Most likely you have installed the first time for all users and then 
upgraded and selected to install for yourself only (or vice versa).

You need to uninstall clamwin, then remove the following folders (one 
shouldn't be there depending on  the described above):
c:\program files\clamwin
c:\documents and settings\<your username>\applicaton data\clamwin

Then delete the following registry values (one shouldn't be there 
depending on  the described above):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ClamWin
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ClamWin

Then install again.
