While clamwin won't scan inside rar archives, I wrote a
quick little C# app that you can use from winrar that calls
clamscan.exe to scan what's inside the rar archive.
You can get it from http://www.kyhwana.org/clamwinscanner-0.1.zip (Read the
readmenow.txt first, but basically just drop it into the
same directory as clamscan.exe and then setup winrar to scan
using clamwinscanner.exe)
