#87 Allow to periodically empty the quarantine folder

A scheduled task to empty the quarantine folder would
be welcome.
We could do it once a week or once a month.

This is motivated by the fact that many people use the
quarantine like a "recycle bin", just in case the
deleted virus would be an important file. If e-mail
alerts are sent and carefully read by the sysadmins (in
order to check whether important files have been move
to quarantine folder or not), then after some time the
quarantined files can be deleted.

What do you think about that ?
