#86 Dissabling of screensaver whilst scanning

I've found that the ClamWin takes up a fair amnount of
my processing power whilst scanning so I have set
ClamWin to do a weekly scan at some ungodly time in the
morning when there is no chance that i will be up.
Probablem is that I have noticed that when the
screensaver cuts in (which takes a fair amount of
processing power in itself i'm running SETI@home for
the screensaver) every thing dies and becomes really
really slow. I thought it might be a good idea to have
and option for Clam win to stop the screensaver showing
whilst scanning - to save on processing power.
