#80 Disable splash screen in Outlook

It'd be good if the config utility allowed me to switch of
the splash screen which is displayed each time Outlook
is started.

The splash screen is there for a couple of seconds,
which can be very annoying if you want to make a quick
email check.

    I have problems with the splash screen as well as it will show up and steal focus every time google calendar sync syncs with outlook. Even if I'm playing a game it will pop out to show the splash screen.
