#78 Ability to turn proxy settings on and off

Similar to the way that Internet Explorer proxy works,
simply have a tick button, and have the program
remember the previous settings.

I work at home and travel to the office and use proxy
settings at one and none at the other, therefore it
would be great if I could type the proxy settings in
and then turn on/off as required instead of retyping
them each time.
