#76 schedule once a month

I would like to see an option in clamwin to schedule a
scan every month.
Personally I find a weekly scan just a bit to much. A
complete system scan once or twice every month is just
fine for me.
What I realy like is that I can schedule multiple scans,
I'm now scanning my download dir every hour. And since
I have clamav installed on my mailserver the risk for me
off getting a virus is quite low so a complete scan once a
moth would be enough.
