#49 The signature update tool GUI Progress BAR

The signature update tool in the windows version needs
a progress bar indicator to show the progress of the
downloads and the total size as well as the location
from the downloads. also we need something like a
autoupdated that runs like a schuduled task.

this is required to make the update signature tool GUI
look better like most of the professional ( paid for ie
like norton mcafee etc ) antivirus

i am willing to make both these improvements if requested.
