#45 file type selection profiles

The first time I ran ClamAV I realized that I have to
direct the scan to critical files. Scanning takes ages
otherwise...
Anyway, what I propose is this:
ClamAV already has lists of file extensions to scan an
list of extensions not to scan so introducing some kind
of extension profile load/save funcionality might be
beneficial. Ultimatley, an extension list shared on the
local LAN would make it ridiculously simple to make
sure all the computers on the LAN receive the same
atention. Also, I might need a "normal" profile for
regular use and a "paranoid" profile and so on.
