#37 Version checking as Help: About feature

Checking if there is new release/version of ClamWin
could be more convenient if that would be included as a
button in Help: About window.

After the button is pressed the program could contact
the website and check what is the current stable
version.

This could be a very convenient way for users to check
if their software needs to be updated.

Logged In: NO

...or, just automatically check anyway when the About window
is displayed. If no connection to the website can be made,
just quietly eat the error and display a small message to
the effect that the latest info cannot be retrieved.

Example:
Installed Version: 0.86.1
Available Version: 0.86.2

or

Example:
Installed Version: 0.86.1
Available Version: (unable to determine)
