#333 pause or stop scheduled scan

When I have a scheduled scan running, I cannot seem to pause or stop that scan. The main GUI isn't even aware that a scan is curently running.

When my laptop is running on batteries I would like to postpone the scheduled scan to preserve my batteries. It would be even better if I could optionally tell ClamWin not to start scanning when running on batteries.
