#331 Add option "integrate clamwin into explorer shell"

During installation if you don't tick "Add 'scan folder with clamwin' to explorer shell" you have to re-install clamwin to add this option. I suggest adding to the preferences page the option to integrate clamwin with windows explorer so that users can again right click folders/files and choose "scan with clamwin".
