#320 Option for updating from a local directory.

Hi! :-)

I think an easier process for updating clamwin from a directory (instead of online update), would be very nice for an easier maintenance of clamwin portable media (live cds, usb sticks etc.).

I can always copy the 2 virus def databases, but then I have to burn again the live cd (and I'm far too lazy for burning cds every day)! :-)
