#289 Scanning of files in list

It would be great if for command line scanner a text format filelist with scannable files could be specified.

This would allow much better usage in scripts (for example only fresh files or files created by specific users could be scanned)...

Now this would be very slow (with lounching clamscan on per-file basis) or a bit weird (with creation of temporary hardlinks)...
