#170 Scan and shutdown system

Can this be made to scan when shutting down, then
turning of?
And also a choice of scanning on starting up. A disk
scan before windows starts/takes over would be a
priority as quite often the system is allready
infected. Starting up in its own shell would be great,
then into ntfs or what ever.
