#169 Add File Tagging system for faster scanning

Keep track of files scanned and unique id (md5 sum) so
the scanner knows the files have not been scanned since
they were last scanned and found clean. This should
allow for faster scan times after initial scan. Should
also be able to make scanning of realtime stuff a
little closer to fruition.

Currently my PC:
P4 Prescot 2.8
1024MB Dual Channel DDR Ram
Seagate Barracuda HDD 7200 rpm 60GB

Takes 182 minutes to scan.

I am actively advocating ClamAv and ClamWin but these
times discourage users and turn them to use Norton,
McAffee etc.
