#132 Display currently scanned file, and elapsed time.

It would be nice if the name of the file that is
currently being scanned would be displayed somwhere in
the status window (even when "Show only infected files"
is on). That way the user can see what file is
currently being scanned, and sort of predict how long
the scan will last.
A really nice feature that many AV scanners have.

Displaying elapsed time of the scanning process would
also be nice.

I agree. I don't want to see a huge long textbox list of
"Paths/files" fly by. Just the one Path/file that is
currently being checked. Both the "Show only infected files"
and the other verbose way could be combined.

That way we will be able to see progress. It makes the
program look "faster" than it really is, too.
