On Clamwin Preferences dialog box add an "Apply"
button that set the preferences without leave dialog.

The same feature is nice on Scheduled Scan table.

Actually to schedule a scans are required 2 confirms:
one OK on Sched.Scan Table, one OK on Clamwin
Preferences dialog box.
