#419 Permission elevation with tray program

The tray program is running with administrator rights. Normal users can use this program to execute other task with administrator rights.
In menu item tools/prereferences/reports there is file select dialogue. Just go to c:\windows\system32\, adjust file filter and execute cmd.exe
It is running with administrator rights.
