#392 Environment directories ignored

I have my shell folders set to non-standard locations. These are ignored by ClamWin.

Sample error:
"C:\Program Files\ClamWin\bin\freshclam.exe" --stdout --datadir="c:\documents and settings\allusers.WinShared.clamwin\db" --config-file="c:\docume~1\root\locals~1\temp\tmpkedrgm" --log="c:\docume~1\root\locals~1\temp\tmpewy0s_"

Well, I installed to a non-standard location, 'P:\ClamWin\bin\freshclam.exe', so it's ignoring the drive it was installed on, and my allusers profile lives on another drive, 'S:\', so that's been ignored too.
