[lisp-snmp] SBCL and requiring snmp

I've been noticing that on trunk, when I use sbcl with cl-net-snmp  
stuff being required, that it takes a very long time to get back to  
the REPL.

It's almost a minute or more after I see the following that the REPL  
comes back and I'm interactive again.

Is this something anyone else has experienced?  Are there fixes for  
this?
