#3 The cookbook is up to date on github

The cookbook has been continued and improved on github (https://lispcookbook.github.io/cl-cookbook/). It has gained formatting, style, new up to date content and was removed old one.

Could this sourceforge project link to the github one ? I think it'd be much appreciated by the community.
