Hi all.

Trying to update my local copy of the cookbook, I've been seeing the
following over the last few days:

    cvs [update aborted]: unrecognized auth response from
    cvs.sourceforge.net: M PserverBackend::PserverBackend() Connect
    (Connection refused)

Is it just me?

They are updating their CVS servers, so while syncing to the new 
machines, plus a lot of cvs traffic, the old ones are terribly loaded, 
and a lot of connections get lost.
just try again a few times.
