[CK-Ledger-users] Issuing refund / credit

I’ve been working with CK-Ledger for the past month or so and I’ve been very 
impressed!!

I’d like to know if there is a process in CK to issue a refund or credit back 
to a client and add the transaction to the GL.  I haven’t quite worked out 
what to do if a customer disputes a charge or returns an item.  

Guidance on this is appreciated.
