Hello, anupam, Thank you for your interest in CK-Ledger. anupam anand wrote: >Integrate DCL + egroupware + ck-ledger + good(lean - > >elegant/corporate look) themes/templates + jetbox/jetstream > >+ envolution > > > CK-Ledger will remain with phpgw for the forseeable future based on phpgw's expected use of standard XSLT versus egroupware's adoption of custom designed etemplate. I am firstly an accountant, secondly a system developer; so I would leave any integration (with other apps) to the middle layer, ie phpgw. AFAIK, there are on-going discussions to integrate DCL with phpgw and to utilize xml-rpc to allow phpgw talk with other groupware software (say Evolution). There is quite an extensive range of theme/templates embedded within phpgw to choose from. If you have suggestions on a corporate-look theme, you may like to send a request to php...@gn... or better yet develop the theme and contribute it to the phpgw theme set. > >Also, i was wondering if you could integrate the xaraya > >ledger instead with egroupware; and possibly provide an > >install doc with the current version itself > > > > > Xaraya-Ledger is a separate project handled by Marc Lutolf. I am forwarding this reply to Marc. He may add his views later on. The install doc for the CK-Ledger's current version, v.0.7.3 is embedded inside the software tarball's doc folders as, the "Installation Manual - 0.7.3.html" file. Cheers, CK PS - I am forwarding this reply to ck-...@li... and php...@gn..., so others are aware of current development. > >thankx > > > > |
