Most, if not all, of the generated Java source code includes software license information. Some of the OSGi modules contain a readme.txt file. Most of the hand-written Java source code does not include software license information. How do we confirm the existence of a readme.txt, license.txt, notice.txt for every Eclipse/OSGi project?
