Maintenance Release

• Fix minor things and improved minor things
• Added the ability to control/change/set ANY element's properties through Ajax.
• Some docs were released
• Moved to http://cjax.sourceforce.net
• Support for all elements JavaScript properties in PHP

Has has recently fully moved from google code to source forge. All current downloads will still be available at google code, but no new downloads will be produced there. We will focus here on SF.
