#20 CJAN Terminology

To clear up some confusion, I think we should get our
terminology straight. Here’s a first pass:

Project – The high level organizer. “Ant” and “Tomcat”
would be examples of projects.

Archive – A file released as part of a project.
Jakarta-ant-1.4.1-bin.zip,

Package – The Java package. com.sun.*, org.apache.*,
etc.
