Initial Comment:
When you issue a unit a new order from BtS, their PLE tag is just a pink bar. New orders I can think of include

Ships
* Blockade
* Sea Patrol

Planes
* Air Superiority (Isn't this just intercept?)

All
* Goto (Units in-transit apparently show the pink bar)
