Summary: In-Game Log CTD when not using BUG

Initial Comment:
This is famous SG bug ... in-game log CTD when trying to open the log.

Some SGs have banned BUG until we get this fixed.  Latest info is here http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=271962.

Found out the cause using a DLL with asserts on but I'm stuck.
