Better BTS AI has been merged with the new BTS 3.19 patch, download the update.
Fixes a few issues/bugs in the BTS AI. Also, when the AI plays as Portugal it will now make much better use of the Carrack advantage.
AI does a better job building panic defense when losing wars.
Improvements to AI pursuit of cultural victory.

Version 0.60 has been posted, containing a real solidification of the changes to naval invasion AI, improvements to makes Vassals more useful allies, fixes to several bugs including one blocking AI settlers from loading into transports and another blocking the main AI logic for building privateers.
Updates to AI war tactics and how the AI chooses to vote on AP/UN proposals, especially begin/end war. Several bugfixes as well.
This version focuses on improvements to naval invasions and involves the coordination of city build decisions, transports, and ground troops. The AI is now more effective in launching follow-up invasions and maintaining an effective inter-continental war.
Version 0.40 focused on major updates to air unit AI along with a handful of other changes. This update includes the latest unofficial patch bug fixes (v 0.21) as well.
A mod of the Civilization 4 DLL (SDK) with the goals of improved AI and 100% save game compatibility. Gameplay (rules) are unaltered. Where possible, speed is improved.

Governor/Economy:
- Governor should manage being near the happy/health caps much better.
- AI's performing the missionary strat should train more missionaries.
- Minor tweaks to building economic buildings (should manage war better)
Military:
- AI should defend valuable cites more appropriately.

There are new downloads today. Everyone is asked to download the "Assert" version for more comprehensive testing. However, there is a non-assert version provided for those who are experiencing problems (particularly those with some video cards when playing under fullscreen mode).
