+The Citrus repository contains the source code for tools developed in the Califano lab. Specifically
+- Aracne, for gene network reconstruction
+- Cindy, for modulatory inference of gene networks
+- Diggit, for functional genomic events associations

+Aracne and Cindy rely on java code. Their main classes are in their respctive packages. A "common" package holds shared classes for e.g. Mutual Information inference and input/output methods.
+Diggit is available both as perl code (the original diggit) and as java code. Compatibility is not 100% due to the new Diggit relying more on the adaptive partitioning algorithm.

+Our lab runs on the 1.1 tag version of these programs. Everything after that is still to be considered experimental.
