Hi
This is Mojtaba Hosseini (Mojataba.hosseini@bth.se) I bought an Advanced version few weeks ago and I needed to use it recently. But, Ii have some problems and it is necessary to share them with you as below:
1- Few months a go, I used Basic version to start a project for a Bibliometric Analysis. It is still continued as it is my first step of PhD thesis. The issue iis that I prepared my Data and used within the basic version and got the results such as visualization network , 11 clusters, summary of cluster, and etc. then I started to discuss and conclude my work (I set the software as basic setting you mentioned in the training videos, and also using pathfinder and focusing in the Burst in Control Panel and ... ). But based on the comments of supervisor it was necessary to change some part of the research. at this time the basic version changed and I found that it it is not as the same and could not rely on it, so I decided to buy advanced one. But, surprisingly I found that when Ii used the same data in advanced version, the result are not the same !! and although I adjust the setting (as far as I can) but it is changed !! So, I decide to share this problem to you , perhaps you could help me in this regard.
As you know , if I want to use new Data from WOS, every things will be changed as for example in that time (July 2023) I came to 4672 articles and now it is about 5200 ... so I need to use my prior Data.
2- Last week I decided to test different ways with different Data (old and new) and i saw the message as attached below, so I decided to upgrade to new version. But unfortunately , Ii could not find anywhere to download the new version as the Icon in CiteSpace Home website is not active ...
**Accordingly appreciate it if you could help me for following issues: **
1- how is it possible to get different results with same Data in two versions Basic and Advanced? (please let me know if ii should do something like any setting ...)
2- I found a comprehensive report in Cluster tab in Control Panel in Basic version including all articles' information in different clusters which was very useful and applicable for my report , but I could not find the same thing in Advanced version!! So , appreciate it let me know how I can find it.
3- How can I find and download the new version of the software ? as I cannot work with this one now.
And at Last appreciate it if you help me as soon as it possible as I left behind the deadline because of I have had issues as I mentioned and the project is stopped.

Dear Mojtaba,
You should be able to download the new Advanced version from citespace.podia.com using the same way as you did last time. Generally speaking, the newer version should be more reliable and accurate. Discrepancies between different versions may be due to improved processing capabilities of the newer version as well as possible changes of the default settings. You can also leave your comments on the citespace.podia.com site.

The exact issue is that I cannot download the new version in that website as we have two icons as below:
demo.6.2.R7.mov (239 MB) and CiteSpace-6.2.7.msi (135 MB)
But the first one (demo) is active and you can click on it to download , but the second one which is the new version is not active and it is impossible to download it .
So please let me know how can I do that in any ways, as I really lost the time during two weeks I am waiting for the tickets.

I've double-checked it and it downloads fine. Have you tried different browser, e.g., Chrome? Please use the citespace.podia.com to communicate. It will hopefully get my attention quicker.
