#18 enable generate google earth map function or it is included in previous versions

Dear Prof. Chen,

I've noticed that in current version, the 'generate google earth map' function is disabled. However, since it is really useful, I'm wondering is there any plan that when it will be enabled again? Or is it enabled in any previous version which we can download? For the latter case, if you could provide a link it will be much appreciated.
