personalised setting in new project

Dear Professor,
When I create a new project, I change "off" to "on" in "Export Matrices(csv)". But I can't find any csv document in the end. It never worked even if I tried it in every available version of CiteSpace. Would you kindly tell me how to solve this problem?
Are there any other ways to export those Matrices? Is "Adjacency Matrix" the same thing?
