I have 10 RIS documents from Scopus. I have already converted it to WoS on Cite Space, however, I am having trouble processing the data because Cite Space doesn't run it nor visualize it. Please help?
    Thank you

I have checked a couple of your data files. It seems they don't include cited references. That would explain it because of missing data. Make sure when you export from Scopus you select all the available fields for export.

It's right. I have the same problem, however, I follow all the steps, I select all the information, but it is Scopus that does not include the references. I honestly don't know what else to do

Use the CSV export instead from Scopus. Then convert it in CiteSpace. Currently, the RIS export from Scopus seems broken.

Hello Professor Chen! I have downloaded the latest version 6.2.R4 and tried to run two separate text files - one from WOS and one from Scopus (post conversion). Both the files are saved in the data folder in plain text format, with the naming convention download_126.txt and download_97.txt. But when I click on GO then it just shows initializing and its been 30 mins it still hasnt formed the network diagram. Please find attached the screenshot of the home page. Could you please guide me what the problem could be ? Thanks!

For the reference, I am attaching both my plain text files here.
