Shall we just wait until the "Export Full record" function back online in WOS?

    Dear Professor Chen,

Earlier this morning I was about to search some related articles then I had some troubles. I couldn't export "Full record and Cited references" either on newly released version of WOS(01.png) or classic one(02.png). It seems this useful function is currently offline.

So...shall we just wait until that function back again or is there any other way to get these records(include cited references) from WOS? I would be really appreciate if you notice this topic and offer me some advice. Thanks in advance!

    Best regards,
    Ruilin Chen.

As shown in your image 01, they said "coming soon" in the new version. The option should be the last one on the list in the classic version. Your screenshot 02 didn't show the bottom of the list, so it is not clear whether it is there. If not, I suggest you wait and check with WoS. It may be in the middle of transition from the classic to the new version.

Alright~Thanks for your suggestions.I double checked that page, it's turn out that this function hasn't been available yet. So I shall wait and play with demo project beforehand. Thanks again for your reply~ Have a good day!

The option to export "Full record and Cited references" is now available on the Web of Science.

Thanks for mentioning that.I didn't check my account in ages..until now, but it seems that we still can't export "Full record and Cited references" yet...maybe that function had became available for a while and became off-line again?
