Dear Professor Chen,

I encountered a problem with the opening of the visualization that was saved on another computer. The versions of Citespace are the same on both computers, still there is an incompatibility error. It seems there might be an issue with Java serialization. Would you please suggest a way to tackle the problem?

UDP: apparently Citespace also requires to use the same versions of Java. Once I have downloaded the version of Java that was installed on another computer, I have managed to open the saved viz

  Thanks for letting me know. I am glad you found out about this, considering that Java is presumably "write once and run anywhere".
