Dear Prof. Chen,
I was able to install CiteSpace 6.1.R6 Basic without any problems. But the program does not work. When I click Run, the program screen comes and goes quickly. It does not give any warning or error. How can I solve this problem? Thanks...

I also tried to install CiteSpace 6.1.R6 Basic for Mac Ventura but not working. I tried all ways from your and other website. I got a warning : “CiteSpace” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.' But I couldn't fix it yet. I read a lot of things but not working. I couldn't CiteSpace both of windows 11 and mac ventura. I need some help. Thanks...

Thank you Professor Chaomei, I solved Macbook problem.
But I got an erro from Windows 11: "Process exited with code 1."
I tried a lot of things but couldn't fix it.
Do you know any solutions about that ?
