Citespace cannot recognise files in folders on my computer

I have watched the videos on how to convert data on Scopus to Wos for analysis but citespace does not recognise the files saved in the folders. Did I miss any step in the installation process? How do I resolve this?

  Scopus has made changes to its data format. I am updating CiteSpace for the next version 6.0.R1 along with other changes.
