    Dear Professor Chen,
I was able to install CiteSpace 6.1.R6 without any problem and I have performed the analysis without any problem. When I get the CLUSTERS it allows me to get Summary Table/White lists in HTML version with LSI, LLR and MI data but when I want to get Network Summary as HTML it does not unload. The steps I follow are Export > Network Summary Table as HTML, the table appears on screen but it does not let me export it to excel format. When I click on Save/Show as HTML in the table it generates, the file does not download. It only lets me download CSV or RIS version and these are not useful for me. I would appreciate if you can tell me if there is an error or if I am doing something wrong.
In the Citespace screen I get the following message: CiteSpace(5322): java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 16 out of bounds for length 16

Please try the latest version. If there are still issues, you may provide the data file for me to take a close look.

    Dear Professor Chen,
I have downloaded version 6.1.R6 updated on February 2, 2023 as you indicated in your reply, but I still have the same problem. I don't think the error is in the data as I have tried analyzing data that I already analyzed in the previous versions of CiteSpace and I get the same error. I have also tried analyzing smaller data sets and I get the same error. I am attaching a video of the process so you can see what the problem is in case it is possible to fix it.
    Thanks

Thanks for the detailed information. Please try 6.2.R1. If you still have the same problem, send me these data files and I will look at them closely.

    Dear Chen,

I have tested version 6.2.R1 with the data from Demo 1: Terrorism analysis by Author, moreover, I have tested the program on 3 different computers and I still find the same error that you see in the video I sent you. Sorry for the inconvenience, but would it be possible to use version 6.1.R1 again? I need it to finish my doctoral thesis.

    thanks

It could be your locale. Check FAQ on how to modify JVM parameters.
If you want to send me your data files, I can take a look at it for you.

    Dear Professor Chen,
in the co-authorship analysis (attached image) more nodes appear than the possible nodes according to the parameters set (Top 50, 5 years per slice, period 1988 to 2023). Is this possible???, because I think not and in the rest of the analysis with the same data and parameters and same program version this doesnt happen.!!

Yes, it is possible as ties are allowed and top 50 distinct values are used to select qualified items. Thus each year there can be more than 50 qualified items.
